Established in 2011, the Excellence Center in Hebron, Palestine, provides educational, cultural, and community development programs for international students, volunteers, and interns, as well as local Palestinian community members, including children, young people, women, and refugees.
Through its educational initiatives and associated programs, the center offers Palestinian and Levantine Arabic language courses, volunteer opportunities, internships, and cultural exchange activities. Over the years, it has welcomed more than 2,000 international participants to Hebron, creating opportunities for language learning, cultural understanding, and meaningful connections with local communities.
Study Palestinian Arabic Institute builds on this educational experience by helping international learners develop practical Arabic communication skills and a deeper understanding of Palestinian language and culture.
We are proud of the positive feedback shared by our participants and the recognition our programs have received through the Go Overseas Community Choice Awards.

Our Commitment to Participant Support and Well-Being
We understand that choosing an Arabic course or joining an educational program abroad is an important decision. Students and participants deserve clear information, appropriate guidance, and realistic expectations before getting started.
We strive to provide a supportive learning environment through communication with our team, guidance from our teachers, and information about available programs and arrangements.
Before registering, we encourage prospective participants to ask questions about course content, teaching formats, fees, schedules, accommodation where applicable, and other practical details.
Our goal is to help every participant make an informed decision and choose a program that matches their interests, needs, and learning objectives.
For students learning Palestinian Arabic, we aim to make the experience engaging, practical, and supportive, with opportunities to build confidence and improve communication skills.
